Mode of action

Metalaxyl-M has preventive, therapeutic, contact and systemic action. Prevents infection of cultivated plants with fungal pathogens, after treatment, it penetrates quickly into the plant through the leaves and stems, moves from the bottom up, treats a plant at the early stages of infection and protects it in the future. Mancozeb creates a protective layer on a leaf surface, providing protection of a culture within 10-14 days ( it depends on an infectious background and weather conditions).

Field of usage

Compatibility

It is compatible with pesticides in tank mixtures, has a neutral reaction. The mixture must be checked for compatibility and phytotoxicity on a culture before use.

Application features

• the young plants that are actively vegetative must be sprayed, as the product moves through them faster. The first treatment is preventive, the next treatments – with an interval of 10-14 days;
• a complete cover of the area when applying the product is required. Plants must be sprayed heavily, while applying fungicide;
• the greatest fungicidal effect of the product is provided in the case of its application in the early stages of disease;
• taking into account the biology of pathogens of late blight of potatoes and tomatoes, mildew of vineyards, re-treatments are planned in advance, especially under favorable conditions for pathogens hydrothermal conditions.
